UK and Europe. 14 days to cancel, from the day the parcel arrives.
What to expect
We ship to the United Kingdom and Europe. The cancellation right below is the same in every market we sell into, including the UK, Germany, and France.
Shipping
Orders usually dispatch within 1–3 UK business days. UK delivery is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch; EU delivery is typically 3–10. Once an order ships, you receive tracking by email when the carrier provides it. The delivery charge for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. We do not add a further import fee after you have paid for a UK or EU order.
Your right to cancel
You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. The right applies to every piece, including limited runs and anything marked final sale.
Email hello@afterstate.store with your order number and a clear statement that you are cancelling. You can use this wording: “I hereby cancel my contract of sale for order [number].” Then send the item back.
What we refund
We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge to your original payment method. If you chose a faster service, we refund the standard delivery amount only, not the extra paid for speed.
The refund is sent within 14 days of us receiving the return, or of you sending proof it was posted, whichever comes first.
Return postage
You pay the cost of sending a change-of-mind return. We tell you this before you order. Use a tracked service and keep the proof of posting.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong one, we pay reasonable return postage.
Condition of the item
Try the piece on as you would in a shop, and send it back unworn with the tags on. If it comes back worn, washed, altered, or without its tags, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value. That reduction is only for handling beyond checking the fit.
Faulty or wrong item
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are separate from the 14-day cancellation right, and those rights last longer than 14 days. Email hello@afterstate.store with photos. We will replace or refund, and we cover reasonable return postage.
Final sale
A final-sale or limited label means that piece will not be restocked. It does not remove your 14-day right to cancel.
