Shipping Policy

Afterstate (KKOSTOV LTD) ships to the United Kingdom and Europe. Exact options, prices, and estimated delivery windows appear at checkout before you pay.

1. Processing

Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Peak drops or limited releases may take longer — we will email if there is a material delay.

2. Delivery

• UK: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• EU: typically 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on country and carrier.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is emailed when available.

3. Duties & taxes

The price, VAT for your market, and the delivery charge are shown at checkout before you pay. We do not add a further import fee after you have paid for an order delivered in the United Kingdom or the European Union. If a carrier asks you for a charge on one of those deliveries, contact us before you pay it.

4. Failed delivery

Please ensure your address and phone are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, we can send it again once the new postage is paid. That charge is separate from a cancellation refund.

5. Lost or damaged in transit

Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos if damaged. We will work with the carrier to replace or refund eligible orders. Email: hello@afterstate.store.
