Refund Policy

This Refund Policy covers returns for Afterstate orders (sold by KKOSTOV LTD) shipped to the United Kingdom and Europe. Your statutory rights are not affected.

1. Cancellation (14 days)

You may cancel for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. This right applies to every item we sell to the United Kingdom and Europe, including limited runs and products marked final sale.

  • Email hello@afterstate.store with your order number and a clear statement that you are cancelling. You may write: “I hereby cancel my contract of sale for order [number].”
  • Try the item on as you would in a shop. Send it back unworn, with tags attached.
  • You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. Use a tracked service and keep proof of posting. If the item is faulty, damaged, or wrong, we pay reasonable return postage.
  • We refund the product price and the standard delivery charge to your original payment method. If you chose a faster service, we refund the standard delivery amount only, not the extra paid for speed.
  • If the item comes back worn, washed, altered, or without tags, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value. That reduction is only for handling beyond what is needed to check the fit and the nature of the goods.

2. Faulty, damaged, or wrong item

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are separate from the 14-day cancellation right. Those statutory rights last longer than 14 days. Contact us with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping.

3. Final sale

A final sale or limited label means we will not restock that piece. It does not remove your 14-day right to cancel.

4. After 14 days

The right to cancel for change of mind ends 14 days after the day you receive the goods. Rights for faulty or incorrect goods continue after that.

5. Refund timing

We send the refund within 14 days of receiving the return, or of you sending proof it was posted, whichever comes first. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

6. Exchanges

We do not guarantee size exchanges. Return the item under this policy and place a new order for the size you need (stock permitting).
